New Statesman

Here is an illustration I produced this week for the New Statesman magazine's forthcoming issue. The illustration was for a review written by Paul Mason of the book: Freefall: Free Markets and the Sinking of the Global Economy, by Joseph Stiglitz.  The issue is out on the 25th January

WOW

I was very excited to be asked to feature and be interviewed for a fantastic online project called 'WOW', Way of Women. Curated by Studio Blanco for Sportsmax Code (Max Mara), WOW is a website/web magazine,  which aims to create a space for creative women from all over the world, working in the field of art, design, fashion, photography, film etc - there is a huge selection of interesting interviews with people such as:  Kate Gibb, Leanne Shapton, Genevieve Gauckler, Lykke Li, Alice Gentilucci, Anna Dello Russo, CocoRosie, and many many more.

Barfleur

I recently went with some friends on a wonderful winter trip to France, to stay in our friend's lovely little cottage, just outside the fishing town Barfleur. I took my Holga camera to try and capture the beautiful light - although it never looks as good as it does in real life.

Sad Goodbye

I am very sad to say that I have just finished my very last roll of polaroid film.  Here are a few of my polaroids from the last few years.   I will now start hunting for more, lets all hope that the clever people at the Impossible Project can make it happen.

Paris, LA

I recently produced a series of 11 illustrations for the 3rd issue of the French magazine Paris,LA
I was asked to incorporate jewellery and accessories by various designers, such as Hermรจs and Lanvin into my collages.  The full series will be up on my website soon, which I am in the process of giving a spring clean to. In the meantime here are a couple of the spreads.
The magazine can be bought online on the website of the brilliant Paris-based concept store Colette here
